Flat & Low-Slope Roofing: TPO, PVC & Torch Down
Low-slope roofs work hard. They carry equipment, collect water and take the full force of the sun. We install systems built for that job.

Primary Roofing installs single-ply TPO and PVC membranes, and torch down modified bitumen on commercial buildings, multi-unit properties and residential flat roof sections. Bright single-ply membranes reflect heat and help lower cooling loads.
Drainage, edge metal and penetrations are where flat roofs fail, so they get the most attention in our installations and inspections.

Flat & Low-Slope: common questions
TPO or PVC: which is better?
Both are durable single-ply membranes. PVC offers stronger chemical and grease resistance, which suits restaurants and some industrial roofs. TPO is a cost-effective, highly reflective choice for most commercial roofs. We recommend based on use and budget.
Can a flat roof be coated instead of replaced?
Sometimes. If the existing roof is structurally sound and dry, a coating system can extend its life. See our roof coatings page or ask for an assessment.
Do you repair flat roof leaks?
Yes. Flat roof repair and leak detection are available throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire.
